All Zemí Bespoke orders include complimentary shipping worldwide.

Carriers

We ship via USPS Priority Mail (domestic) and USPS Priority Mail International. Tracking is provided for all orders.

Zemí Bespoke commissions ship via UPS with signature confirmation and full insurance.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These are not included in shipping costs and will be collected upon delivery.

Delivery times for international orders vary by destination, typically 7 to 21 business days.

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. For Zemí Bespoke commissions, you will also receive updates during the creation process.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or ship a replacement.
