Products

Anacaona creates luxury fragrances in our Lakeview, Chicago atelier. All products are made with high-quality ingredients and are intended for external use only.

Colors and packaging may vary slightly from images shown on the website. This is normal for handcrafted products.

Orders and Payment

• All prices are in USD
• Payment is due at time of order
• We accept major credit cards via Stripe
• Orders are confirmed via email

The Borikén Archives

Archive specimens ship within 3 to 5 business days. These are pre-made authored spray formulations available as 50 mL specimens.

Carta Natal

Carta Natal orders include three 10 mL attars (concentrated perfume oils) based on your Sun, Rising, and Moon signs. Orders ship within 5 to 7 business days.

Accurate birth data (date, time, location) is required for chart calculation. We are not responsible for incorrect results due to inaccurate birth data provided.

Zemí Bespoke

Zemí Bespoke is a private perfume commission created from your chart and expanded personal brief. Each commission is hand-blended by Isabel Flores and delivered as one complete fragrance, not a modular set.

• Lead time: 8 weeks from order confirmation
• Limited to 30 commissions per month
• Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production begins
• Includes certificate of authenticity and formula notes

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the personal nature of fragrance, we do not accept returns on opened products.

• Unopened products may be returned within 14 days for store credit
• Damaged or defective items will be replaced at no charge
• Zemí Bespoke commissions are final sale and non-refundable

Intellectual Property

All content, including fragrance names, formulations, imagery, and the TUREY-BATEY-COAYBAY-CEMÍ methodology, is the property of Anacaona and may not be reproduced without permission.
